• 2004 – Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. was founded with its first project, Lee Tower, in Binondo, Manila.

• 2007 – Successfully listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE).

• 2009–2018 – Launched and completed major projects such as Solemare Parksuites, Admiral Baysuites, and Anchor Skysuites, one of the tallest residential buildings in Manila’s Chinatown.
